Hand Woven Oaxacan coasters and wool hot pads

This listing is for Zapotec hand woven textiles in a smaller size for coasters or a medium size for hot pads, plant rugs, pot holder- sold individually or in sets of two or four. If you would like a set- please choose the option “set of 2” or “Set of 4” and let me know which color option you would like in the customization area

Must be the same color for a set.
It’s ok to mix colors in sets of 4 (2 yellow 2 blue for example)

These beautiful textiles are naturally dyed with various fruits, nuts, bark, and plants made with hand woven merino wool from the central valley of Oaxaca, Mexico
The hot pads are made from Merino wool
Zapotec wool is woven with a foot loom by the Vicente family in Teotitlan del Valle, Oaxaca. These Teotitlan master weavers use pre-Hispanic traditional methods passed down from generation to generation. Using hand spun naturally dyed yarn, Zapotec weavers create amazing designs with rich colors. There is an unmistakable handcrafted quality in each piece. Each piece is unique and one of a kind!
